Farah Radwan is the founder and creative director of FYR JEWELRY. Raised between two major cultural melting pots, Paris and Cairo, she developed an eye for the contrasts that continue to shape her work: rawness and refinement, strength and sensuality, the familiar and the unexpected. This diverse cultural background drives FYR’s visual DNA: unapologetically raw collections that explore themes of individuality, transmission and empowerment.

After studying Luxury Product Design in Paris, she returned to Cairo to train in jewelry making at the Design Studio by Azza Fahmy. Her education continued in the workshops of Khan El Khalili, where she learned alongside the artisans whose hands help bring her designs to life.

She founded FYR JEWELRY in 2017 to explore her relationship with Egyptian heritage and give it a personal, contemporary expression. Her work draws on the ornaments, gestures and personalities of the generations around her, asking what we choose to carry forward and what we choose to change.
