Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders placed through our e-shop or by email at info@fyrjewelry.com.

Each order is delicately handcrafted and thoughtfully packed in our workshops and showroom located in Cairo or Paris, depending on the stock location selected.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup at the showroom or for delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note: We operate two fulfillment locations — one in Cairo and one in Paris.

If an item is unavailable in your selected region, it may be in stock at our other location. In this case, our team will notify you by email. Upon your confirmation, we will ship your order from the alternate location.

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for cross-location shipments.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

All pre-order and backorder items require additional time to be handcrafted in our workshops.

Please allow 1–4 weeks for production, depending on the piece. This is an estimated timeframe intended to help manage expectations and avoid delays.

Taxes & Duties

Actual shipping costs are calculated after you add your items to your cart and enter your shipping address on our e-shop.

All orders shipped outside of Egypt or France may be subject to additional fees, including taxes, tariffs, duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not associated with FYR JEWELRY and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Paris

Our team moves between Paris and Cairo.

When in Paris, we offer private showroom appointments and complimentary pickups at our showroom.

Paris to Rest of France

Delivery takes 2–3 business days after standard processing.

Paris to Europe & International

Delivery takes 3–8 business days after standard processing.

Cairo

Orders in Cairo are delivered through a third-party delivery company.

Please allow 2–3 working days once your piece is ready for dispatch. A courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.

Cairo to Outer Cairo

Delivery takes 1–2 working days after standard processing.

Cairo to Alexandria

Delivery takes 3–5 working days after standard processing.

Cairo to International

Delivery takes 3–8 working days after standard processing.

Please note: FYR JEWELRY becomes solely an intermediary between the client and the courier company once an order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or a national holiday will be processed on the following business day.
